I’m not quite sure how can they as a big company get away from this ? Again, never ever will buy or order anything from this company again. No explanation no apology and now I’ve lost my confidence completely on the refund. I’ve chased again and again and again and just got a reply today 27th Oct to say the refund was just made TODAY and now it will take within 30 days to appear on my account. Then again, no surprise, nothing happened again. Then a few weeks waiting again but finally received an email on 4th Oct to say the refund was made and the money will be appeared within 14 days. They don’t help the return on the shop either but said will arrange someone to contact me within 24 hours … then nothing happened so I had to chase again to eventually get a respond. I finally found a address to return them it turned out to be an invalid address - how can a company provide an invalid address on their website for return?!! Then I bought these pieces to their shop at kings road. First of all, no customer service support - the telephone number is invalid and you can only communicate with them via email. I’m a loyal customer to them for years but tried to order some pieces online a few months ago then that was where the nightmare started. Please DO NOT ever order anything online from them - the worst return service ever I finally turned them in as a scam to my CC company to get my company back. I wrote back and say, its been way longer than that already. Waited 4 weeks, and wrote back asking where my refund was, and after 10 days someone responded saying it would be 10-14 days after they receive the return. After 6 weeks, someone finally responded with a return label. Considering the quality and the price, I def did not want anything else from this company in the form of an exchange, so I wrote a lengthy email expressing my frustration. FIRST of all, they automatically select you to opt into donating, which you wouldn't notice because its "free", but it makes you ineligible for refunds. What I got was some payless knock offs that were so hard and uncomfortable, I could barely put my foot in them because they would not budge. I ordered VERY expensive shoes, expecting buttery soft leather and high quality materials. I am absolutely convinced that this is a scam at this point.
